sNapshot oN 2013 CCR: Let's talk about 2013. What do you see looking ahead? Gary Rissler, Stuart Weitzman: I'm really excited. We are doing a lot more international stores, but we are also doing a lot of U.S. stores. With the Jones Apparel Group, we have the support of a larger mother company. We are a small percentage of their total sales, but one of their more profitable retail divisions. Our plan this year is to complete a lot of capital inprovements and some full renovations to our existing stores. Overall, it is going to be a good year to be able to do more. I am being challenged more every day to do all that is needed to make sure our stores stay looking the best they can and maintain the brand image. In addition, we are expanding like crazy internationally. So I think it will be a great next couple of years. We see the growth, so new employees and new training is our challenge for 2013. That's where a good part of our energy is going to be next year and maybe beyond. Joe Maynard, Amscot Financial: We are in some exciting times right now with our expansion. Most of 2013 will be managing those projects. Within the past few years we've expanded our services to include Amscot Prepaid MasterCard and bill payment services. We're working every day within all the markets we are in to take payments for things like utility bills and child support, all within our store. So we're constantly kind of reinventing the services we provide all the way down to clerical services. Part of our game plan is to create brand awareness for all these new markets we're going into, including social media.
