The "unit of the future" is the forefront of my focus. We have more than 800,000 owners with changing needs. Technology is a priority for the next generation of owners, and that's important for us because they are going to be our future customers. We are expecting a very positive year. – Brad Gaskins, The McIntosh Group 38 CommerCial ConstruCtion & renovation — january : february 2013 Bill Pierro, Jr., Lido Lighting: Our core business is national account store lighting, including all innovations such as LEDs. But we believe that our biggest growth opportunity is in Lighting COnTrOLs. The light source itself is evolving very quickly with reduced wattage, reduced energy, yet increased lumens. The entire lighting system can be viewed as a whole with access to adjustment at the individual store or even nationally through a network. With "Controlled" dimming, daylight harvesting, timers, occupancy sensors, etc., we have the ability to manage our light energy even more precisely.
