How can we become a better service provider by producing more consistent results? If we can do some things better as an organization, it will be a win-win for us. Helen Bromfield, Rolling Stone Restaurant & Lounge: For us, our steps forward are all about growth. We have our first flagship location in Hollywood open. We are looking to open Rolling Stone Restaurant and Lounge locations nationally, training new teams, and developing this great brand. This will mean a focus on brand development and consistency training. There will be training for all the new locations as well as ongoing education at the flagship venue we have open now. We are very excited about what we have to offer. There are great people coming to the table, which means we will have strong partners involved. Steve Delisle, Jeta Builders: We're preparing for growth, too. We are very fortunate. In preparing for that growth, we need to look at rewriting policies and procedures. It is new out there. There is a lot of software development going on. A lot of our retailers are working with programs like Accruant and Expedite. Everybody is trying different things to try to be more efficient and communicate. On our end, as a construction company and construction manager, that's difficult. You have 12 clients with all different ways of doing things. Now I have to write a policy on how to deal with each and every one of them or how to extract the information so something isn't lost.
