Quality Management's Stupi: The point is will they come in whether they have a coupon or not? We work with a lot of retailers that have shied away from that philosophy. Are they not going to come if they don't have a coupon? Retailers may ask what value that is bringing if the sale is always discounted. CEC Entertainment's Hudson: Not necessarily, but when parents have several choices to take their children for entertain- ment, and she has an added value, she may choose the place with the coupon. Beam Team's Hall: J.C. Penney's proved that people will use those types of deals. If you don't give it to them anymore it can make a huge impact. The Little Gym's Biggs: It's just a different world. Dusty Ward, ML Construction: Every- body wants a good deal. When we get a job, our clients want a good deal. Every- body is looking for a good deal. That's just the way it is. CCR: How much do consumers drive what you do? Take sustainability. Do your consumers expect green? RaceTrac's Sturgis: At RaceTrac, we make strides to be energy efficient, and our organization is acting in ways which minimizes damage to the environment through our energy usage reduction efforts. It's a huge investment up front, but coming back with LED lights and more environmental friendly features makes sense CCR: How many people are focusing on sustainability? The Little Gym's Biggs: We're not LEED certifed but we started taking steps in the area of sustainability and green by looking at our lighting options. We've changed our brand standards to refect the industry trend for internal and external LED lighting. RaceTrac's Sturgis: RaceTrac's Energy Management/Sustainability team is tasked We're currently re-evaluating our entire IT structure and computer system. We're trying to fnd more value out from it.
