the Net Promoter Score question, "How likely are you to recom-
mend The Little Gym to a friend?" This provides crucial feedback so that
gyms can make adjustments to ensure they are delivering the highest
possible Customer Service in every area of their business. So, if the
franchisees are receiving feedback that's consistent, they will make ad-
justments where necessary, whether it's a change to an internal process,
additional training of the team members, sustainability [etc.].
Steve Mann, CED Capital Electric Supply: The other thing I found
is from an OSHA standpoint. From LED lighting, to maybe even radi-
ant heat, you're fnding safety is a big concern, especially on things
like parking lot lighting. LEDs have a longer lifespan. It may not have
a 20-year or 25-year lifespan, but it's still a lot longer. That may be
driving some of these changes, too.
CCR: Give us snapshot of what 2014 looks like for you.
Steve Kowal, Hibbett Sports: We want to rapidly grow once we
can get our new logistics facility squared away. Before the recession,
we were doing 75, 85 stores a year, remodeling 15 to 20. Unfor-
tunately, after the recession, we've dropped our new store count to
35-40 a year. This year (2013), we're going to do 70. We want to get
back to 85-90. We have 897 stores and we want to be at 1,300 in
the next fve years. We think the future is bright and we will continue
to grow in those secondary markets. We follow Wal-Mart, so there
are plenty of opportunities for us in 2014.
We're looking
forward to a
robust 2014.
…We remain
bullish on
the workload
for next year
– the type
of work that
will be all
over the map.
