sNapshot oN 2013 more services, but perfecting the ones we currently provide. That's my biggest challenge, and it always will be, wherever our business is headed. It's about doing better every day. Bob Bedard, Converse: We are building new stores and remolding others. We're looking to brand our architecture. What do our stores look like? How do our stores perform? How are we related from a brand standpoint to the customer? Right now, we are doing a deep dive into that. Next year, we're going to go back and tweak some things, look at our stores in terms of where they are in the market and how they should be performing. Our Focus store focuses on apparel. But we will keep moving forward, and hopefully, put all of our eggs in our West Valley (Glendale, Ariz.) budget, hoping that the casino starts in 2013 so we can open it by November 2014. Rick Hall, The Beam Team: We see things picking up in 2013. When we look at our pipeline, we sell all of our different customers starting to pull the trigger. Next year should open up pretty strong. The three casinos that we have, which are 12, seven and four years old, will go through some remodeling in 2013. – Randy Howe, Desert Diamond Casinos 44 CommerCial ConstruCtion & renovation — january : february 2013
