snapshot on 2013 Next year, we're going to go back and tweak some things, look at our stores in terms of where they are in the market and how they should be performing. – Bob Bedard, Converse So our emphasis is going to be on how we scale, because in our industry there are a lot of people gone. The industry has shrunk quite a bit. A lot of people were unable to weather that storm. There's a lot less of us today. It sounds like everybody is looking to do a lot of different things. There are a lot of remodels going on. The uncertainty and volatility looks to be coming down, which for us, is an indication that 2013 is going to start to rocking and rolling. It will be a matter of how we scale, how we train, how we do all those things, and how we can handle the surge and the work. It looks pretty good. Bill Matias, Tourneau: We are continuing to identify with our customers. What type is out there? What are their demands? Our renovations are going to embrace the change that's coming our way. It is all about the latest technology. It's about our customers being educated and informed by the internet before they shop our product. We need to be ready.
