snapshot on 2013 The biggest area for me heading into 2013 is not necessarily growth or providing more services, but perfecting the ones we currently provide. – Ted Mastrucci, American Project & Repair using iPad's and video units in the design in our stores to aid our sales professional and clients with product knowledge, and enhance the customer experience. It will be about keeping in tune with our customers' product taste, embracing the technology that goes with it, and using it. It's about positive results fueling the experience in a Brick and Mortar environment. Brad Gaskins, The McIntosh Group: One of the things we're looking at doing in 2013 is growing. We are expecting a very positive year. Embracing new technology helped us through 2012. We've created an app for the iPad that helps us do our job more effectively.
