snapshot on 2013 With "Controlled" dimming, daylight harvesting, timers, occupancy sensors, etc., we have the ability to manage our light energy even more precisely. pass that onto our clients. This has helped us be a better business. I think we've only scratched the surface with this, and we are just beginning on what is going to be a large growth curve for us. Matt Mercer, Brandpoint: We are on a big push to retain our existing client base. We are doing an eight-question survey right now in which we call every store we have touched in the last 12 months. We are willing to share this information with our clients and potential clients. In addition, we are building our remodeling crews. We have a lot of remodels scheduled for the fourth quarter and first quarter of 2013. We are very optimistic about next year. Punit Shah, Liberty Group: On the books we have five hotels that we're completely remodeling. We call these "stud and slab" remodels, which would be literally taking it all the way down to the stud and the slab. Technology plays a big part in that. For example, the trend is bringing the business center into the lobby by creating kiosks. This means the business center can be repositioned for an alternate use. And the fitness centers are getting larger, instead of being a cubbyhole inside of the hotel. We are focused on that. We also have one new hotel development scheduled for 2013, and another five or eight acquisitions in line for 2013. This will result in more remodels. 50 CommerCial ConstruCtion & renovation — january : february 2013 – Bill Pierro, Jr., Lido Lighting
