snapshot on 2013
We see the growth, so new employees and
new training is our challenge for 2013. That's
where a good part of our energy is going to be
next year and maybe beyond. We are reinventing
ourselves. We are getting ready for what may be
a better economy moving forward.
Mark Ganter, Total Wine & More: We'll be
implementing our new prototype throughout
the country and tweaking it a little here and
there. We're also going to focus on updating
our leases to reflect the new design. Sec-
Our plan this year is to complete
a lot of capital improvements and

tects in our office LEED Certified. We currently
have five employees with the certification, but
we have 50 other employees who do not have
LEED certification yet. We're working on getting
everyone trained and certified. Things are
great, we are training and expanding. We want
to continue to grow, and we are branching out
into other avenues besides retail.
