The growth pace of the Home2 Suites by Hilton and Homewood
Suites by Hilton brands is headed for record levels. Homewood Suites
has recently launched its "Take Flight" initiative aimed at refreshing
its existing properties. Home2 Suites is set to open 13 new properties this year, including a 246-room Philadelphia hotel that will be the
brand's largest property to date.
Hyatt
Hyatt revealed plans to introduce two new brands that will spearhead
its entry into the all-inclusive market. The Ziva brand will cater to

Element will launch several hotels in 2014, including locations in
