We are continuing to grow in the United States as well as internationally. We'll be opening about 150 locations in the United States and Canada, and approximately fve in the UK. construction commences. We expect a typical Five Guys build-out to take between eight to 10 weeks, so the schedule is not very forgiving once we start swinging hammers. I think a lot of our focus has been on setting up design standards, and building a team of general contractors and subs that are familiar with our process and philosophy. This has allowed our projects to run fairly smooth for the last three or four years. staff. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of dedication to stay focused on those core items. Walk us through your construction strategy. We have developed teams in each region consisting of our real estate rep, design consultant, general contractor and our regional construction managers. This team works together from site selection to turnover. Anyone who has worked in this feld understands there are issues that pop up on almost every project – whether it is unforeseen conditions, municipal delays, lease issues, etc. As such, I can't stress enough how important the team concept is for our business. Five Guys is a franchise and they are clients. We also look at the customer and individual operators as clients as well. Our goal is to provide a consistent branded customer experience and kitchen/prep room layout that flows well for operations. Once the design is complete and building permit secured, What lessons have you learned? We have learned a number of things to make things more efficient and effective over the last few years. We have increased the integrity of our raw construction methods to make the stores easier to maintain, clean and operate. We strongly believe this will save costs down the line with maintenance and when the store needs a refresh. Due to the nature of our product, our stores take a fair amount of abuse from water, cleaning products and traffic, so using appropriate construction methods are at the forefront of our design and specifications. The construction strategy and process is constantly evolving, so we're always working with the team to solve design or material problems and increase construction effciencies. We maintain our corporate design and construction standards on an FTP site, which is updated quarterly.
