Beam Team's Hall: We think 2014 will follow what we started in 2013. There is a huge wave of projects coming through with a lot of different retailers. Because of all that pent up demand, there were a lot of people sitting on the sidelines holding cash. They're going to start putting into the marketplace. We've seen that over the last half of this year and believe it will continue through 2014. From what we hear, the internet will not replace retail, but just continue to be a competitor that forces retailers to adapt. They are making changes like putting stores in stores. It's a huge change we hope to be involved in. It's great for everybody in this room. We fexed up for the last part of this year, and we will continue to grow our business. Certainly, hiring will be our challenge. We want to get really good people. We think 2014 is going to be great. CEC Entertainment's Hudson: In 2014, we'll probably open nine to 12 new stores including relocations; do six to eight remodels, and four or fve expansions. In addition we are looking at eight to 10 new international stores. We also retroftted the lighting in several stores last year, so we're aggressively rolling out with LED track lights and two lamp high effciency ballast two by four fxtures. We'll continue to do more retrofts in 2014. ML Construction's Ward: We're going to continue to make our clients happy by staying on time with our projects. We're looking to add some good strong new clients to our portfolio. RaceTrac's Sturgis: Our basic initiative is beginning to update our legacy stores so that we can deliver a more consistent brand experience to our guests. That's not all going to happen in 2014, but we are continuing our growth plan. Also, we operate under a different brand, which is We anticipate steady growth in the building industry. We hope to grow through some of the things that we're doing on the commercial side, helping educate architects and engineers on Gerber. We expect a lot of great things in 2014. – Randy Bezon, Gerber Plumbing Fixtures Rising up 44 CommerCial ConstruCtion & renovation — January : February 2014 CCR-JanFeb.14_991-.indd 44 2/7/14 2:10 PM
