What are some of your biggest opportunities moving ahead? Having established ourselves in the chiroprac- tic arena, our biggest opportunity is to contin- ue appealing to the chiropractic community, building confidence with practicing doctors and patients, as well as increasing consumer awareness of the benefits of regular chiro- practic visits. Taking just five minutes out of your day for an adjustment can make a huge difference in your overall well being. What is your growth plan? Our pipeline for growth continues to expand. Our plan is to continue on our path of 50-60 franchise units each year for the foreseeable future. What's driving the growth? We believe it's a combination of a few fac- tors. Consumer acceptance and demand of alternative care is a big factor. The afford- ability and convenience of our treatment plans coincide very well with consumer needs. The demographics of our real estate combined with a clean efficient construc- tion buildout also drives growth. What markets are you targeting? Currently, we have clinics in 30 states and are looking to expand in existing markets as well as into additional states. Talk about your refresh strategy. Our first generation clinics are coming up on five years old, where they will soon be ready for a refresh. We look to maintain brand consistency across our corporate and franchise clinics, so when the time is right for a refresh, it is likely to be a significant undertaking. We believe the consumer, more now than ever, is looking for convenience and affordability in retail. 29 JULY : AUGUST 2016 — COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION CIRCLE NO. 15 EON TM MODEL EL3 Three Phase Centralized Emergency Lighting Inverter www.controlledpwr.com/EON_1 33 kW EON shown UL 924 Listed C-UL Listed to CSA C22.2 No. 141-10 Full Compliance With NFPA 101 Computer-based, self-testing / self-diagnostic emergency lighting system with data-logging.
